LaResidantaV Ltd - your 'private members' club'. When you join, you join LaResidantaV: the entity dedicated to your concierge membership.

Vela-Roma Ltd - your regulated travel partner. Every journey is fulfilled by Vela-Roma Ltd, our dedicated travel entity. Holding the compliance, licences and financial protections required by UK law, including ATOL protection and our Travel Trust Association membership.

This gives your concierge access to Vela-Roma's advance booking infrastructure. No middlemen, no administrative delays. You get the exclusivity of a private concierge with the logistical power and protection of a regulated tour operator.
