Each Vela-Roma concierge works with no more than two to three private clients at a time.
That ratio is the entire point: your concierge knows your preferences, your routines and your standards and answers you personally, via WhatsApp, phone or email.

Our story
Vela-Roma was founded by Angelina Valentine - a young entrepreneur who built Vela-Roma after seeing a gap no one was filling: a concierge with true expertise and a modern edge.
From zero, she set on to build an extensive network across the world's finest hospitality and travel companies for her clients.
The industry had the knowledge but not the pace. The apps had the pace but no soul. Angelina built Vela-Roma to be both - client-first, culturally current, working only with the industry's best.
